Ok for the Price April 12, 2013

It works decently well if you are using a flexible strap. But if you have a bracelet with a narrow gap, it's probably too large to fit.

Orient Ray February 25, 2013
Reviewer: Michael Holian from Greensboro, NC United States
There are a few places to go if you wish to buy an Orient watch. I have read that Island Watch has a great reputaion and fantastic follow up customer service.

It is all true!

Not only is the price very competative - but I had to call them concerning delivery and the gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and took care of all my questions. I definately will do business with them again.

Thank you,

This tool didn't work with the watch I was buying. January 28, 2013
Reviewer: chad magiera from Chicago, IL United States
It would have been helpful had been a "re-direct", upon placing the particular watch i was purchasing in my shopping cart, that might point me to the tools and accessories unique to that watch. I instead had to dig around for accessories to mate to this product... You'd sell more products if you help consumers find them.

Perfectly servicable tool January 28, 2013
Reviewer: Lights Guy from Kansas City, MO United States
This might not be your tool of choice if you were using it day in and day out, but for occasional use changing out a band at home it's perfect. (And, actually, I think I did see somebody using one of these at a watchband kiosk in a mall recently.)
