Aeromatic 1912 Retro Styled Panzer Quartz Watch, Aged Patina Case #A1251

This is a WW-2 styled Panzer watch with large, easy to read luminous hour markers and hands. The 43mm diameter case has an aged patina so it looks like a vintage military watch. The watch is powered by an Aeromatic 1440 quartz movement. The hour markers and hands are treated with a luminous material for checking time in low light or dark conditions. Includes 7mm diamond style crown, silvertone central seconds hand, a domed crystal, and a thick brown leather strap.

Nice watch, weak lum

Good looking watch. I love the thick dome. However, I bought it because it looks like an easy to read night watch but the lum is terrible. The lum on the hands is marginal and the lum on the numbers is gone after 5 minutes in the dark. I didn't check until after I wore it once or I would have returned it. My Seiko diver has much better lum.

Nice supple leather band, and overall a great retro look. Battery died 1 year after purchase so I installed a new one: type 377/SR626SW. Inside was a Miyota 2034 movement. Replacing watch back is a bit of a tight squeeze.

The watch arrived today, and it's not working. it could be the battery, and if it is you people don't really care for the service you provide, to top that up, I bought this watch as birthday gift, and if I send it back now I won't be able to have it back in time.
