DIEVAS Vintage 2533 Unitas Movement, Hand Wind Mechanical Watch

This vintage watch takes its cues from Italian frogmen watches in the 1930's, but it features a modern case size and today's high tech, precision assembly. A special "sandwich" dial is used where the lower layer is painted with vintage Luminova material and the upper layer is laser cut to let the markers show through. Its an old world technique to match the style. The proven and reliable Unitas 6497 mechanical movement is the centerpiece of the watch with striped finishing and blued screws visible via an exhibition case back. It comes with a domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal with AR coating on the inside.

    Great watch but the strap could use some work

    Watch is just what i was looking for but the strap was thick and ran short. I also don't really care for the 26/26 no taper with that huge keeper. I replaced it with a 26/22 with a normal thumbnail tang in brown ostrich and life is good.
