This all new Orient M-Force (a.k.a. the Beast) dive watch features a left hand protected crown, a black uni-directional rotating dive timer bezel with luminous dot, luminous dots and hour markers, luminous hands, date window, a robust solid stainless steel bracelet, a modern 47mm stainless steel case, a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, screw-in case back, and a very handy power reserve meter at the 6:00 position on the dial. Powering the watch is an Orient 40N5A 22 jewel automatic self-winding movement that also can be hand wound and it has a hack feature for halting the second hand. Features 200 meter water resistance. Certificated by ISO 6425 diver’ s watches, ISO 764 antimagnetic watches and ISO 1413 shock-resistant watches. It also has enhanced shock proof protection. Note: Orient Watch Co., Ltd.’ s M-FORCE watch features a newly developed mechanical movement. It is an authentic sports watch first released in 1997. As the name “M-FORCE” (short for “mechanical force”) suggests, it is a mechanical watch expressing “forcefulness” and has been widely acclaimed since its initial release.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WATCH

Great service and a quality watch. Shipping was fast, even though I am currently overseas. The packaging ensured a safe delivery. The watch performs as advertised, and looks MUCH better than in the pictures. Now I need a RED or BLUE one! Keep up the high standards.

Thanks Again! Marc for answering my questions when I called, and Thanks for a Great watch transition to the 24mm NATO band worked well. Interesting to have a watch that dwarfs my Seiko Orange Monster. Will keep an eye out for other watches in the future.

It is a beast! Big and heavy, wide band (24mm) - it's a lot of watch. It is more impressive in person than in the photos. The boxes it comes in are very nice and would present the watch as a gift in a very classy way. I have just received it so I can t really comment on function. I got this black one and it is beautiful. I could not find the blue variant but maybe in the future. The function of the winding mechanism is smooth and setting the time is easy. There is a noticeable, mechanical "texture" in the stem when winding, but it is obviously part of the design of the watch, not a malfunction. Overall, beautiful product and worthy of leaving to my son some day. Thanks, Orient, for the quality product, and to Island for making it available at a reasonable price!

Perfect buying experiance... great price. Well delivered... nice follow up.... just got it from friend who brought it from US to Canada. The clip part of watch strap is not so good.... open it up... the piece that says stainless steel is shiny and plain and gives cheap appeareance.... the second clip/lock moves up amd down when touched.... needs perfection...the red pointer pointing towards crown is not sharp....make two groves in the part that says stainless steel (dont know the name) Next purchase from long Island watch.... sure

A very good rugged well made divers' watch. For fans, this is a great series with many choices. I believe it is the best watch model in Orient's line of watches. I have several.

The M-Force was delivered in mint condition. It looks well-made. The bezel turned with precision. The crown stem though is a bit wobbly when pulled all the way out, but seems sturdy enough when screwed all the way in. The power reserve indicator works well. So far, after about a week, it seems to lose about 8 - 10 seconds per day, which is within acceptable range for an automatic watch. The bracelet links use a pin and collar system. After having it resized, 3 of the collars fell out and I was lucky the bracelet didn't come apart or else I might have damaged the watch! My speculation is that the jeweller didn't do a proper job securing the collars. Perhaps the more common and simpler cotter pins would have been a better choice for the bracelet. Overall, I think this watch looks great, and offers excellent value. LongIslandWatch was a pleasure to deal with. The owner, Marc, was friendly and helpful, and personally answered my emails, in a timely manner.
