The new Orient Flight watch is an exceptionally good value and it is an "out-of-the-park" home run in design and styling. The type B aviator dial harkens back to watches used in WWII by pilots of bombers and other aircraft. This version comes with a rich green dial with crisp white minutes shown on the outer edge and small white hour markers on the inner dial. The watch features luminous hour and minute minute hands, a date window at 3:00, a large screw-down crown, a screw-in case back, and a 42mm black PVD stainless steel case. The watch is powered by an Orient made 48743 self-winding automatic 21-jewel movement. Includes a thick black leather strap with buckle closure. Water resistant to 100 meters.

    Also ordered the Hirsch Liberty Brown strap#109002-10 along with the watch and the combination of the two looks very good. The flat white hands on that green background have a very unique contrast, looks vintage with the strap, very nice. Great service as always.

    Watch is great and is keeping good time. I had an issue when it was delivered to me, watch ran for a couple of hours but died. Contacted Marc who promptly took care of my issue and am now wearing a running watch, so far -0 sec/day after 24 hours of wear ! Couldn't be happier with the watch and the service, will definitely be buying from here again.

    I love the way the orient movement makes noise when it winds. The ball bearings just whisper to you once in a while reminding me it's there. Great quality for price. I would have paid more for sapphire crystal. Stock strap feels cheap but I put a new obe on. Orient has a new fan. Mako next for me!

    I have long wanted an Orient pilot style watch. I found this on LongIsland watch and am extremely happy with my purchase. I had my new watch within a couple of days (fast), and it is a perfect addition to my collection. Nice touch putting in a jeweler s cloth. You can never have enough of those. Again, just a nice extra touch. I will have no problem buying from them again or recommending either. Peace and coexist...rk
