I emailed the company about two watches I was interested in. The owner, Marc, replied back within a few minutes and answered all my questions. I purchased a watch and it shipped out the next day and arrived several days before Christmas. Very happy with my experience. I would definitely buy another watch from the Island Watch company!

I love everything about your site and products, and i will buy again. The only let down i have is that at this point in time i have not received my watch. The tracking all the way to Australia is great, but when it gets here its a different sorry, no tracking and delivery is at snail pace........... i would pay extra to avoid Australia post but this is the system you use and for that part it badly lets you down........ when i get my order i thank you.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this watch, especially considering the price. I like the fact that it has a screw down crown and more water resistance than most of the other field/military/pilot watches in it's price range. The cream dial looks really nice in person and the lume is pretty good. I prefer the minimal style on the cream colored version as opposed to the darker ones where all the numbers are illuminated. The band seems well made, but I don't personally care for leather straps. I replaced it with a green/beige nato strap and I'm sure it would look good with a variety of color combinations. It runs just slightly fast, but not enough to be a problem for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in this style of watch and doesn't want to break the bank.

Everything you'd expect from Orient's lower-priced watches is here: decent quality, accurate movement, sharp design. I needed a cream-dialed "flieger" watch on a budget, and this does the trick.

I purchased the Orient 21Jewel Automatic Aviator Flight Watch because I like this style of watch. I'm very picky about watches. I like them to feel correct on the wrist, and I like to know that they are quality made. I was very happy when I received this watch. I was also very shocked that I got such a quality watch at such a low price. I had to make sure it wasn't counterfeit, but it is real. I was also happy that I received it so quickly. I also received free shipping. In addition, when I had a question arise about a possible additional purchase I called Long Island Watch and my question was answered promptly.

The Flight stopped working after a day. Problem was resolved with speed and courtesy. Any brand can have a defect, but I've never had better customer service anywhere. My highest recommendation for Island Watch. Will definitely buy here again. Thanks Marc! The watch is great too.
