The Orient Cosmos comes equipped with an Orient automatic (self-winding) movement with luminous blue hour and minute hands, luminous dot hour markers and black digits, a date window at 6:00, day of the week sub-dial at 2:00, a 24 hour sub-dial at 11:00, and a push-pull crown at 3:00. The white dial is beautifully textured and it has 60 minute markings in black on the outer ring. It comes with a polished and brushed 40mm stainless steel case and an elegant looking black leather alligator grained strap with a silver color buckle.

    Cool style and great quality. Call me a newbie but I didn't realize this type of "automatic" meant you cannot wind this watch. It can only self-wind by the movements of being worn. No power dial means you never know when it'll stop if you don't wear it everyday.

    Beautiful Watch

    My Orient Cosmos arrived on time as promised. Was shipped inside of a watch box that is inside of a cardboard box inside of a small shipping box. A piece of chamois cloth is included along with a watch pillow. The watch itself is very attractive with asymmetrical day and 24 hour time dials. The hands of the watch appear purplish, but are absolutely beautiful in the sunlight. The day dial operates separately and there doesn't appear to be any way of changing. Have ordered a brown watch band instead of the black band that comes with the watch, since the black band is too formal for the styling of this watch. The included band is truly leather; however, and appears to be of good quality. The watch appears to be well made and is keeping accurate time. I own three watches currently, but the Cosmos is quickly becoming my favorite. I am amazed by its simplicity and absolutely stunned by its beauty. A true value that should last for a very long time.

    This watch looks very nice in person. Lots of nice details, the blue hands really stand out when the light hits them. Good sized watch for someone with small wrists, like myself, wouldn't want to go any larger. Keeps great time and has lots of reserve power. It can sit for over a day without needing winding, while my other inexpensive automatics cannot. Excellent watch for the money.

    this is a beautiful watch, it looked nice in pictures but in person it really blows you away especially considering how inexpensive it was. it gained 30 seconds in the first 2 days of using it, which had me a little worried. thankfully its settled down to about 2 seconds per day. which is good enough for me. all in all looks great, keeps good time, strap is a bit stiff, but comfortable and looks great.
