Date is shown at 3:00. Includes a stainless steel case, a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, and an alligator grained leather strap.

    I always wanted a nice mechanical watch, and after much research, I settled on the Orient Vintage Automatic. Fantastic quality at an affordable price. I ordered through Island watch on a Monday and the well packaged shipment arrived 3 days later.

    Shipping was faster than I expected. Packaging was well done, watch was in great shape. Price beat most on the internet- especially for a model that was hard(er) to find (in my experience).

    I ordered the watch Tuesday night and it arrived in Friday's mail! And that was US Mail. great service from Long Island Watch! The watch itself is great. It looks very expensive, and the simulated alligator strap is quite nice. The watch keeps good time, but I don't wear it every day so it stops before I can get a real feel for accuracy. It's close enough for me. The only thing that I found kinda weird was that the strap seems to be reversed from what I am accustomed to - the tab is facing me when I look at the watch on my wrist and it should face away. All the pictures show it this way. Don't know why Orient puts it on this way but it was no big deal, I simply reversed it (easy to do) and now it's the way I like it. Love the deployment clasp - my first on a leather strap.
