The very handsome Curator dress watch is classy and sophisticated in many different ways. It utilizes Orient's signature power reserve function (at the 12:00 position) along with a sapphire crystal. And while it has the look of a classic watch, the detailing are of those found on something sporty. Instead of polished stainless steel indicators, it features brushed metal for an edgier look. The best of both worlds, wrapped into one.

It features a 21-jewel Orient automatic (self-winding) movement, a date feature at 3:00, a radiant charcoal grey dial, sapphire crystal, stainless steel case, applied silvertone hour markers and luminous silvertone hour and minute hands.

Very nice watch

This watch looks great on the Internet, but those pictures don't do it justice. Once in hand, you really realize just how nice this watch is. I was very impressed when I took it out of book. Has some heft, great case, amazing dial, nice strap. Keeping great time. Fits under dress shirt cuffs. Highly recommend. Great watch.....especially considering price. Good luck finding a similar watch at a better price and quality.

Nice watch, good time keeping & accurate. Heavily padded strap. Only complaint is the bland style of the case. My black dial Orient Lexington is a much better looking watch for less money. 11/21/15 I added a black vintage Horween strap from IW and it made a big difference in looks and comfort. These straps have no padding, same finish on back side. Lightweight strap and comfortable. I changed my review to excellent.

I could not be more impressed with the Curator or Longislandwatch.com. The Curator in Slate gray is absolutely stunning! Its classy enough to pair with a suit or just to dress up blue jeans. The movement is solid, stays pretty accurate. I love the sweeping second hand, the 21,600 bph of the movement is smooth for a watch of this price. Longislandwatch.com is very well managed as well. I got my watch much faster than expected, very friendly responses when contacted. Recommending this site to all my friends!

The Orient Curator is an excellent dress watch with great details like a sapphire crystal, brushed steel markers, and a handy power reserve indicator. The watch consistently garners compliments. Long Island Watch shipped fast and I got to enjoy my watch all July 4th weekend.
