    Great watch, duty sucks!

    Everything went well with the ordering and the delivery. Watch came in perfect shape with all the proper literature and original boxing. The only drawback with ordering from here was that it cost me more than buying Canadian from Amazon after the duty charges I received. I have ordered other watches from other places stateside, and no duty was charged. Now I will be more hesitant to order from here I guess..

    I recently purchased two Orient Vintage watches as a Christmas gift for two very close friends. LIW came through with the order right on time and I was very satisfied with the excellent price and service! I checked out the watches for a few days and they ran great. Today I presented them to my friends and they were so thrilled to get their first quality automatic watches! I have purchased many Orients (and a Seiko) from LIW and have NEVER had a problem with their customer service. Of the many I purchased I had only one bad egg and was sent a new one before I even shipped (LIW paid for return shipping) back the bad one! You can but with confidence from LIW. Great prices and even better service!

    I was looking to purchase an Orient Vintage Automatic watch and found the best price at LongIslandWatch.com Unfortunatly, the watch I wanted was out of stock so I sent an email to Customer Service and Mark answered within minuted. I explained the situation and he informed me there would be one coming in that same day. I placed an order online with his help and ordered the watch. It arrived a few days later. The customer service was fantastic, great price, and very fast shipping. I could not be happier!

    This is a beautiful watch and what sold me was the sapphire crystal and the display backing. I've put on a leather band and it looks amazing. Received in under two weeks.
