Orient M-Force Automatic Black Dive Watch with Power Reserve Meter #SEL03001B

at this watch. This is my first automatic, so I really enjoy the reserve indicator. I shortened the bracelet 2 links for a total of twelve plus the clasp. With 6 links on each side of the clasp the watch would ride up on my wrist bone and was not comfortable. With 4 or 5 links on the 6 o'clock side of the clasp and 8 or 7 (respectively) on the 12 o'clock side, the watch sits much better. The watch is heavy. No doubt. But I don't find it bothersome now that it's properly adjusted. I wear it snug, so there is no noise from the bracelet and I have no complaints. The bracelet already has some scratches on it from bench arms and the like. But that's why I bought a "tough" watch for daily wear. The sapphire shows zero scratches, just finger prints. In all, I am super happy with the watch. I still want something a little more elegant (smaller and thinner) for the office, but this watch is awesome for every other day.

I received my watch 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. In 2 weeks of wearing it a lot it is +1 second and that's fantastic for auto in any price range. It seems to gain about 4 seconds when worn and lose about the same at night while sitting. I have higher end watch's some much higher but I love this watch as my daily watch. I just ordered another one in orange. Island Watch is great to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Hello! My watch ORIENT M-Force came after three days on Monday. Unbelievable, so fast from so far away and unscathed! It was exactly what I wanted. Decent automatic, but at a reasonable price (genuine mechanic) It's very accurate and looks better than the pictures. I love to wear it !! I bought this watch for my brother as a graduation present a couple of months back. It is an impressive watch, both in looks, and in function. I have to admit I am now lusting after one of these myself. My only gripe about the watch is that is uses hollow end links on the bracelet. For a watch that retails for $450, hollow end links are not acceptable IMO. They lend an air of 'cheapness' to an otherwise magnificent time piece. My brother loves the watch and I expect it will give him many years of service. This is a big watch, those with small wrists may want to consider this, of course, if you have small wrists and like big watches, nothing to consider. Other than the hollow end links, nothing but good things to say about this watch. A unique looking and masculine dive watch, highly recommended.

This may become my favorite Orient watch. It's a big 46mm diver, with an interesting bezel. I love how the numbers on the bezel are white on a black background. It really looks sharp. The solid link bracelet is very comfortable. This model also has the new movement that hacks and is hand windable. Combine that with a sapphire crystal, and a power reserve meter, and you have a watch that rivals any Swiss piece, at a very affordable price. As always, Marc at Island Watch provided superior service and shipping speed.
