Orient Star Classic Automatic Dress Watch with Power Reserve, Domed Crystal #AF02003W

Got this on the 2018 Black Friday sale. This watch is simply BEAUTIFUL. The blue hands look wonderful on top of the “silvery” white dial, and I love the power reserve indicator. I was also VERY impressed by the high-quality bracelet. A much better bracelet than what you’d get with a Seiko in the same price range. The bracelet was easy to size for my 6.75” wrist. In addition, the domed crystal gives this watch an elegant look. The 38.5mm case is the perfect size. I easily recommend this watch over a SARB033/SARB035.

OK, I own over 40 watches. This is the best value of them all. From the blued hands, the power reserve, the fully decorated moment, drilled lugs, signed crown, the dial, the applied indices, the bracelet! OMG the bracelet! Look at it! Pure Class! On my time grapher mine is running plus 5 s/d with 262 degree amplitude which is awesome! This watch is perfect for any dress occasion. Get married in it. Mark a special occasion in it. But most of all wear and enjoy it, it only cost you 300 bucks for gosh shakes! What are you waiting for!?!?

I just received my Orient Star Classic Dress Watch today. The packaging really surprised me, the watch comes in a nice box that makes me feel I have spent much more than I did on the watch, especially when compared to the cardboard boxes of other watches in this price range. The watch itself is a great timepiece. After reading/watching reviews online, I came to the decision that this was one of the best quality and value dress watches at around $300. I wasn't wrong. From the striated domed dial to the beautiful blue hands, I am completely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend an Orient to anyone who still isn't sold, my advice is to GO FOR IT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

My first mechanical watch arrived and it was truly stunning. I watched so many of Marc's watch and learn series, finally settle on this model and it did not disappoint. The defining factor are those beautiful, shiny, blue hands. The power reserve indicator is extremely useful to someone new to the world of mechanical watch. The placement of the power reserve allow the watch to maintain its minimalistic appeal which I love. Overall, very satisfy with this purchase. Excellent fit and finish, workmanship as good as most high end watches. Movement keeping time like a Chronometer. Highly recommended - worth every dollar.
