Seiko Superior SRP441 Field Monster Automatic with a Compass Bezel

The SRP441 comes with a new Seiko 4R35, 23-jewel automatic movement that winds with the movement of your wrist and it is hand windable if you don't wear it for a few days. A uni-directional rotating bezel is provided with compass markings. The 44.5mm diameter stainless steel case features an exhibition window case back (for viewing the movement in action) and an offset crown in the 4:00 position. The black dial has Lumibrite treated hands and hour markers for telling time in the dark. The watch comes with a matching solid link stainless steel bracelet with a deployant closure.

The watch features a date window at 4:00, a Hardlex mineral crystal, and it is water resistant to 100 meters. Includes a Seiko box with papers.

    Received this from LIW about 2 weeks ago to replace a Seiko that I've had for 30 years, and it looks like this one will last just as long. On my wrist continuously since it arrived, it is running about -1s/day, which is quite exceptional for an automatic. The big hands are bright as hell all night long. I like how the crown is offset and guarded, and very easy to wind some reserve in. The bezel is a compass, which isn't really that useful -- a countdown bezel would be ideal, but i'm not complaining. Overall, very happy with the timepiece and also very happy with the quick Fedex shipping to Canada.

    Wow very impressive BIG watch...auto-winding...good for 100 meters depth if you swim...just 30 seconds of a LED flashlight has the hands glowing very brightly in the dark...especially at the 300 $'s off sale price this is one awesome watch for your money.
