Squale 200 meter Maxi Swiss Automatic Dive watch with Sapphire Crystal #1545-M

The Squale 1545 Maxi is a 200 meter diving watch that has a matte (non-shiny) off-black dial with C-3 SuperLuminova treated hands and hour markers. It is named maxi due to the enlarged index markers. The 1545 dial now has the Squale logo above 6:00. Features include a flat sapphire crystal, date window with magnifier, a uni-directional rotating black divers bezel with a pip (luminous dot) at the top, an large easy-grip, screw-down crown at 3:00, a 40mm diameter 316L stainless steel case, a screw-in case back, and a signed SEL stainless steel bracelet with diver extension. The watch is made in Switzerland and it is powered by a Swiss ETA 2824-2 automatic (self-winding) movement with a 42-hour power reserve. The watch comes in a nice display box, with papers and it is covered by a 2-year Squale international warranty.

Delivery - 5 star -very fast/answered my questions - thank you. Bracelet - 5 star - perfect thickness and weight Bracelet clasp -3.0 star - just ok - thin and difficult to open, but it works Case - 5 star - perfect finish Bezel- 5 star - aesthetically beautiful (insert scratches easily) the action of the 120 click bezel is fabulous/precise/lines up perfectly/no play- love it Crown -5 star - smooth / perfect size Crystal and Magnifier -5 star - raised slightly/virtually invisible / magnifier lined up perfectly and is adequate Dial 5 star - I was pleasantly surprised how nice it looks. The Squale logos do not overpower the dial. Nice matte dial. LUME -5 star - Extremely excited to say that it was applied perfectly (magnified inspection) Not the brightest, but ok I own of three Rolex pieces and this has become my favorite work watch (just too comfortable).

Awesome Squale Maxi

The Maxi arrived nicely boxed and wrapped in a very nice presentation box. Upon sizing the band I found it to be extremely easy to size thanks to the screw design of the extremely well made bracelet. I set the watch 15 days ago the day I received it to the USGOV time and so far it has yet to gain or lose a single second of time. The ETA2824 really is living up to its stellar reputation. Long Island Watch is a great vendor to deal with as I have received the best customer service. I have already ordered an Orient Mako XL to add to my collection as well and look forward to its arrival.
