Inspired by cockpit instruments, the Techne SparrowHawk II model 477.061 has both a sixty minute stopwatch function and a 24-hour sub-dial. The running seconds sub-dial is at 6:00. It has a 41.5mm diameter 316L stainless steel case with chronograph pushers at 2:00 and 4:00. The date is shown between the 4:00 and 5:00 position on the dial. The watch is powered by an accurate Citizen-Miyota OS20 quartz movement. The hands and hour markers are luminous filled for reading time in the dark. The orange sweep hand is engaged when you start the sixty minute timing function. The watch is ant-magnetic an it is water resistant to 50 meters. The watch has an anti-reflective crystal and it is fitted with a cowhide leather strap with contrasting stitching.
