This Aristo model is a knockout with
its polished, coin-edge case, fancy onion crown, and gorgeous
matching mesh bracelet. The black dial has SuperLuminova applied
to the hour and minute hands and all markers and numbers. It
glows great in the dark! Inside is a Swiss ETA 2824-2 automatic
movement which is visible through the mineral glass exhibition
case back. Protecting the dial is a scratch resistant sapphire
crystal. The dial also features a logo of the vintage
Messerschmitt ME 262 jet fighter above the six o'clock position. Case:

A special
"sandwich" dial is used where the lower layer is painted with
vintage Luminova material and the upper layer is laser cut to
let the markers show through. Its an old world technique. The
reliable Unitas 6497 mechanical movement is the centerpiece of
the watch with striped finishing and blued screws visible via an
exhibition case back. It comes with a domed scratch resistant
sapphire crystal with AR coating on the inside.
