DOA watch, great design, not good strap. Love the domed chrystal. Great service in refunding the amount cost of battery replacement.

Received the watch with a dead battery. LIW said it happens sometimes. They offered to make it right but I declined (very inconvenient and bad experience given the time it would take to sort it out). Was going to return the watch decided to change the battery myself. Screwed up the back case. The actual movement is small relative to the watch. It’s mainly empty space underneath. Its not a quality watch and the NATO strap is ok but It looks great and does its job of telling time well. It’s a great value watch that looks great on a different strap. Second watch from LIW. It’s because of the quick response to my concerns and the offer to make it right that will keep me as a customer. The scratches I put on the case add to the story of the watch.

This one has large numbers and index markers. I usually wear my watches to bed so I can easily tell the time when I wake up in the middle of the night or early morning. Without my glasses, the lume after eight hours has a very gentle glow that almost seems like residual light from elsewhere is catching the dial, but it's literally THAT easy to distinguish. The picture doesn't show this, but the hands are actually silver and they are polished out very nicely. The domed crystal is unbelievable and creates a nice reflective quality to the watch. The case itself has a very smoothly brushed metal, and it's impressive. The NATO strap is nice, however, shorter than most NATO bands, so I put a two-piece leather bomber-styled strap I bought on LIW as well, and it looks excellent. Finally, the weight of the watch is good and not too heavy at all, and definitely doesn't feel cheap. Quality timepiece, and excellent customer service.
