Aeromatic 1912 Automatic Calendar Watch with Luminous Dial and 24-hour Sub-Dial #A1419

The Aeromatic model 1419 has sub-dials for day-of-the-week, Month, and a 24-hour (AM-PM) sub-dial. The date is shown between 4 and 5:00. The watch is powered by an automatic movement that is viewable via an exhibition window case back. The dial is fully luminous (color is yellowish green) when charged with a light source. Large pushers and crown provide quick and easy adjustments of the various functions. The watch comes on a nice black leather strap with contrasting stitching. Buckle closure. 50 meter water resistance.

I am impressed by this watch. For a inexpensive watch this has a lot of character. I know this is not a German made watch and that is to bad but it is still a excellent time piece. It keeps great time, is easy on the eye and wears well on the wrist. I have a eight inch wrist and at 40mm this watch still looks larger than it really is. If I had one complaint it would be that the lume is not that great at night. Except for that I would still rate it a 4 and a half out of five. I you like vintage looking watches at great prices I would highly recommend this watch.
