The Ballast Trafalgar model BL-3142-02 is very unique and innovative watch. It features a new patented bezel control feature which is used to both wind the mainspring of the automatic movement and more critically the bezel is used to set both time and date with ease. The watch is powered by a Japanese 21 Jewel Self-winding Automatic movement that also hand winds with the unique bezel system. This bezel system harkens back to instruments used in submarine clocks and timers.

The canteen on the crown is crafted out of ten individual pieces to provide protection for the setter button and crown. The case measures 47mm in diameter and it is 14.5mm thick. Lug width is 22mm and the water resistance is rated at 100 meters. The 12-hour marked bezel can be used to track a second time zone.
