Brillier Green 43mm Airborne Automatic Watch with Horween Leather Strap #BR-15

Brillier Green 43mm Airborne Automatic Watch with Horween Leather Strap #BR-15

The Brillier Airborne watch is assembled in the USA by Fine Timepiece Solutions, in Fountain Hills, Arizona. This is a state of the art assembly facility meeting the highest standards, employing Master Watchmakers (including CMW21, a rare certification).

This new Brillier aviation-inspired watch features an striking sunburst green dial and vintage styled hands and hour markers. The hands and hours are triple-layered with Swiss SuperLuminova for reading the time in the dark. The dial is very easy to read even at a glance. A hardened mineral crystal is used and it has been treated with an anti-reflective coating to further increase the clarity of the dial.

The 43mm case design houses a Miyota 21-jewel, caliber 8215 automatic (self-winding) movement. The movement is tested for time rate, beat error and amplitude in three positions. It is checked for power reserve, and a running test is performed in three positions. It has been regulated to +/- 10 seconds in 3 positions. The case is also tested for water resistance.

The watch comes fitted with a Horween leather strap with contrast stitching that is hand made in the U.S. by Jack Foster. Stainless steel buckle closure. The watch comes in a Brillier leather pouch that is made in the U.S.

    Noisy cheap sounding movement

Posted by Paul Martin on May 8th 2021

I have just received my Brillier green Airborne watch which looks great but I'm so disappointed with its performance. The watch makes a rattling noise at the slightest movement and sounds like a cheap kids toy that's about to break. I'm hoping that the movement in my watch is defective and it will be replaced by the manufacturer but I haven't received any feedback from long island watch as yet. To be fare to them I've only received the watch yesterday and have made my complaint today so they have not had sufficient time to respond. The other complaint I have is that the watch hands and numbers do not glow at all in the dark as per what the advertising material says they do. The watch emits absolutely no glow at all and cannot be viewed in dark places. I'm looking forward to Long Island watch company responding to my complaint and replacing this watch with one that performs properly. . Regards, Paul

    nice watch but.....

Love the look of the watch but the manufacturer put a small to medium scratch on the watch face (not the crystal) in the 11 O clock position. can't see with the naked eye but when lots of light shines on the watch it shows up. not worth my time or money to return it just isn't that bad and in normal light it looks great
