This is like the AK-47 of watches. It's not pretty, but it takes a beating and never fails. I have worn it scuba diving, hiking/camping, flying (front seat), working out, and in combat. I trust it above all of my analog watches. The battery has lasted 3 years for me so far. On my first one, the band dry-rotted after a few years because I was always showering with it. I bought the same watch again because I like it so much. Just make sure you have a different watch to wear out on a date, because that's the one test this watch will not pass.
