This handsome new Howard watch celebrates both the past and present, in both design and functionality. Its design is inspired by the art deco style of the late 19th century. This is evidenced by the curved rose goldtone Arabic numerals and the pinstripe detailing of the center of the black dial. The rose goldtone hands are accented with a thin, white, glossy strip.

The modern 40.5mm case size isn’t obtrusive, and should fit and look well on pretty much anyone’s wrist. The case is rose goldtone, except the caseback, which is stainless steel with an exhibition window. The Howard is powered by the newly developed caliber F6722, which is automatic, hand-winding, and hacking.

    I ordered mine with Rose gold and black dial. The watch is fabulous! The picture online does not do it justice. The watch bezel is polished, not brushed like the rest of the case. It looks sharp. I initially bought this as a daily wearer. This might just be my going out watch. The white strips on the hands allow it to be read in low light situations. It does not have any lime, but you will not miss it most of the time. Buy this when available!

    I really like this watch a lot. It's gorgeous and probably the most comfortable watch I own. Orient is to be applauded for not making everything the size of a pie plate like most of their competitors. Hand winding and hacking a big plus in this price range.
