Just wanted to share my amazing customer service experience with Marc when buying this gorgeous watch. I initially wanted to get a rose gold dial Orient Bambino during the huge Orient sale LIW had a couple weeks ago, but they ended up overselling the watch by one order, so my order that I placed for the Bambino couldn't be fulfilled. Marc emailed me quickly telling me about the situation, apologizing for the inconvenience. Luckily for me, I was able to find this Moderno and Marc was kind enough to throw in a brown leather alligator strap, a spring bar tool PLUS a discount on my order! Great customer experience and for my first automatic watch, this watch is amazing. The blue hands are eye catching and I've gotten lots of compliments. The leather strap works great on it, and I'd say a NATO strap would work well with it as well.

Simply elegant and dashing. The blue hands contrast so strikingly well with the white dial, which is accentuated by an intricate textured design. Coupled with an open heart to deliver a tasteful glimpse on the inner workings of Japanese quality and assurance. How can one not be mesmerised? The original bracelet that comes with it already does it job well. Switch it up with a few leather straps, and you will have something that is gonna stay at least for awhile on your wrist. Gentleman, this is a keeper. Lastly, kudos to Marc for his amicable service during the procurement of this beauty.

Have been slowly getting into watches and this was my first automatic. Order went smoothly and shipping was very fast shipping through USPS (I am CONUS). Kind of bummed I was not able to get 5% off for my order for being signed up to newsletter (e-mail sent to me after I ordered).
