The very handsome Curator dress watch is classy and sophisticated in many different ways. It utilizes Orient's signature power reserve function (at the 12:00 position) along with a sapphire crystal. And while it has the look of a classic watch, the detailing are of those found on something sporty. Instead of polished stainless steel indicators, it features brushed metal for an edgier look. The best of both worlds, wrapped into one.

It features a 21-jewel Orient automatic (self-winding) movement, a date feature at 3:00, a radiant brown dial, sapphire crystal, goldtone case, applied goldtone hour markers and luminous goldtone hour and minute hands.

    The watch is excellent! If not for the strap from hell that came with it, I would have given the package 5 stars! The watch keeps time unbelievably well, approximately minus 3 seconds a day. Excellent for a automatic movement! The fit and finish is excellent and the dial is a stunner as light hitting from different angles showing off it's details. The strap that came with the watch is another matter. One of the worst straps I have ever worn and I have wore a few with a watch collection numbering over 40. I gave the strap a benefit of a doubt and tried to wear it. It was marginally better after 4 days but still not one I would want to wear!
