Orient Curator Automatic Watch with Power Reserve Meter and Sapphire Crystal #FD0J003B

This is a classic men's Curator dress watch that features a 21-jewel Orient automatic (self-winding) movement, a date feature at 3:00, and a very useful power reserve indicator at the 12:00 position. Includes a rich black dial, a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, applied silver hour markers and luminous silver hour and minute hands. The dial also has small luminous dots next to the applied hour markers for telling time in the dark. The stainless steel case is 41mm in diameter and features a solid screw-in case back. A black alligator grained leather strap completes dressy look.

Looks much better than any photo I have seen of it. The case is highly polished and goes against the reviews calling it "plain looking". Shipping was fast and the watch was exactly as advertised. FYI to perspective buyers who wish to swap watch bands: I ordered a 22mm brown leather band off Amazon which needed to be wedged into position. If I ever need to take it off, I am going to need to cut the leather to access the spring bar. Consider replacing the 22mm band with a 21mm, or perhaps even a 20mm for easier spring bar access.

LI Watch has allowed me to expand my watch collection for the fraction of the price. They are tops in service and the quality of the watches is topnotch. I'm partial to the Orient line and will be buying more styles to fill in my watch wardrobe.

My first Orient watch and first watch bought in 10yrs. Really like the contrast between the matte black dial and polished hour markers, case and hands. Have had the watch over a month now and have not had to adjust it.

My only disappointment with this purchase was that the leather band was very stiff, not a very luxurious leather. Otherwise, I cannot say enough good things about purchasing through Island Watch. The watch appears to be of very good quality and looks great!
