This is a new 300-Meter Sea-Gull Ocean Star Coral Sea dive watch. The watch is powered by a well regarded Sea-Gull ST2130 automatic movement with a date window at 3:00. The ST2130 is essentially a clone of the ETA 2824-2 movement. The movement is housed in a 44mm premium 316L stainless steel case that is 13mm thick. It has a blue-red uni-directional rotating 60-click bezel.

The watch has a scratch resistant sapphire crystal and a solid screw-in case back. The blue dial features luminous hour markers and silver luminous filled hour and minute hands. Water resistance is 300 meters. The watch comes on a matching stainless steel bracelet with a push-button (Sea-Gull signed) deployant clasp for easy on and off. The nicely finished bracelet has all solid links and solid end links.

    The Sea-Gull Ocean Star Limited edition is your quintessential diver watch. Very little about it is original in terms of design. Stainless steel construction, healthily waterproof, sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, "pepsi" timing bezel. However nearly every aspect of this is rendered perfectly tastefully, making a watch that's as at home under my dress shirt cuff as it is underwater. The hands, indices, and font on the bezel are all "safe" within the genre of a dive or sport watch, without being just another blatant Submariner ripoff. Plus the watch looks outstanding when put on a cognac leather strap for more casual (and land-lubber) occasions. My only complaints are that the timing bezel is hard to actuate out of the box without some break-in, and the lume is...rather disappointing. But those aren't dealbreakers at this price point.
