Scratch and Dent - Seiko SKX009 Divers Automatic Watch Strapcode Super-J "Louis" Edition Custom Mod #SKX009

Scratch and Dent - Seiko SKX009 Divers Automatic Watch Strapcode Super-J "Louis" Edition Custom Mod #SKX009

This Super-J custom mod Seiko had a pinched bezel O-Ring. It was replaced. It is new otherwise.

The Seiko SKX009 Diver’s Watch is an all-time most popular automatic wristwatch. The cleanly styled blue dial is fitted with a day/date window which is clearly viewed through Seiko’s Hardlex synthetic mineral crystal. The SEIKO SKX009 dive watch features Seiko's well proven 7S26 automatic (self-winding) movement with a day and date display. The SKX009 also has highly luminous lumibrite treated hands and markers, a large screw down offset crown, scratch resistant hardlex crystal, a solid etched, screw-down case back and a red-blue diver marked uni-directional rotating bezel.

This SKX009 Seiko scuba diver watch has been modded with a Strapcode Super-J "Louis" Bracelet as a replacement to the standard OEM Seiko Jubilee bracelet.
The strapcode Super Jubilee bracelet
mod features solid stainless steel links, solid end links, fine finishing, and a more robust deployant clasp.

Also included with your purchase is a pair of Island Watch soft white gloves suitable for safe watch handling and polishing. These are the same gloves Marc Frankel wears in the Long Island Watch YouTube videos.

    Excellent value.

Got this for my bro, but now I want one for myself. This is the first SKX I have experienced in person, and I can see why people rave about it. Why anyone would choose an overpriced fashion brand over an industry giant like Seiko is beyond me. You get so much more value for money, and a watch that will hold its value and bring you joy for years to come.
