A frequent watchbuyer’s first impression March 6, 2019
Reviewer: M. Garcia from Leander, TX United States
Although prices are okay, they are not among the lowest.  So why did I decide to buy here knowing that?  One: seller’s reputation.  Two: authorized reseller.  Three: somewhat tied to the first, to avoid potential QC issues (I have neither the time nor the patience for back and forth shipping).  So was the extra premium justified in the end and would I buy here again?  The answer to the first part is no, at least not this time around.  The watch I received had a small defect out of the box and loses a whole minute in only three days.  I might buy another inexpensive watch here just to be fair since anyone can have a miss, but I’d be hesitant to shop for higher end items, at least for now.

Oh boy February 12, 2019
Reviewer: Jacob Camacho from Granby, CT United States
So this has been my first watch purchase and it has definitely been a journey.  I've learned a lot and unfortunately one of those things is that Seiko doesn't care about its customers.  Long story short though when things were seeming really dark and I was about to quit watches all together Marc came through for me.  I ended up with a real lemon of a watch it wouldn't keep time was off by 7 minutes in 12hrs, the reserve was somehow also not working after a week of wear it would still stop moving if I took it off for more than 6hrs.  On top of that the bezel was so stiff that if you had water on your fingers you probably couldn't manage a full rotation not to mention it felt like something was binding up.  So after many emails back and forth Marc sent me an email saying a new watch was on the way with a return label.  The new watch is a complete 180 the bezel turns with a great ratcheting click, the watch maybe 15-20 seconds ahead after 6 days.
