Seiko Recraft Automatic 24-Jewel Watch with a 44mm Turtle-Style Case #SRPC13K1

This Seiko automatic Recraft watch features a Seiko caliber 4R36, 24 jewel automatic (self-winding and hand winding) movement. The radiant blue dial has a 60-minute marked chapter ring and a day-date window at 3:00. The watch has luminous hands and markers treated with Lumibrite for low light visibility. It has a 44mm cushion case (or Turtle-Style) and the watch includes an exhibition window case back so you can view the automatic movement. Comes on brown leather strap with orange stitching at the lugs.

Disappointing Customer Service & Support March 2, 2018

I placed an order with LIW for a Seiko watch. I received an order confirmation through email shortly thereafter. Within 2 days, i received a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. On the same day of the shipment confirmation, the owner reached out to me and informed me that the watch that i ordered was over sold and even though my order went through and the funds were received, that he was out of stock and couldn't send me the watch.
As an owner, he should accept responsability for his multiple failed systems (order confirmation, order shipment confirmation, order acceptance). The owner should also "make it right" with the customer by at least offering a discount code for future purchases. On the contrary, the owner's approach was "My system failed, lied to you by sending you a confirmation shipment with tracking,,,,oh well- sorry".
In multiple video's, he prides himself on customer service- i didn't see that in my case- nor did i see him take responsibility.
