The Seiko Coutura SSC375 is a solar powered chronograph that measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5 second increments with split time measurement function. When the measurement reaches 60 minutes, the stopwatch automatically stops counting. A day of the week sub-dial (and power reserve indicator) is under the 12:00 position on the dial.

There is a date scale is on the chapter ring and there is a 24 hour sub-dial at 6:00. The perpetual calendar adjusts for odd and even months including February of leap years up to 2100. The solar powered quartz movement has six month power reserve when full charged by a light source.

Case size is about 44mm. Stainless steel bracelet with push-button clasp. Solid screw-in case back. Water resistant to 100 meters. Cabochon Crown. LumiBrite hands and markers. Scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Alarm.
