5 of 5 Exactly what I ordered July 2, 2020
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from SALEM, OR United States
The spring bar tool came in a small plastic baggie which was stapled to the invoice so as to not be loose in the box.  It functions well and is exactly what I ordered.  It is a good compact tool that does what is required.  That's what I thought I was ordering, and that's what I received.  I am very satisfied.

3 of 5 works March 16, 2019
Reviewer: Keith Hoon from Vancouver , BC .
just works. 'nuff said.

*2019 update- The metal prongs are worn down now and are basically useless but i used it a lot to change straps etc...
Would not buy again because many strap manufactures now provide a complimentary tool with your strap or bracelet.
But it lasted almost three years so can't complain.
