Techne Harrier Dual-Time Zone Watch with 41.5mm Carbon Reinforced Polymer Case #368.174

Inspired by cockpit instruments, the Techne Harrier model 368.174 is an easy-to-read aviator watch with a 41.5mm diameter black polymer case that is laced with fragments of carbon for increased strength. The chapter ring on this watch is a 24 hour time scale and the lime green hand tracks it. The lime green GMT hand is independently adjustable so you can track two times zones. One in 12 hour time and a second in 24 hour time. The skeletonized hands have luminous filled tips as do the dial hour markers. The watch is ant-magnetic to 1,600 A/m (ISO 764 certified). Water resistance is 50 meters. The watch comes with a olive green color leather strap with with black stitching.

Disappointed March 27, 2017
Reviewer: C.T. Khronos from Roseville, CA United States
I've been wearing this watch now for several days and I have to say that I'm disappointed in it.  The design of the watch and the looks of the watch are beautiful.  However for the amount of money Techne wants for these watches I would have expected the movement hands to have been executed correctly.  The green hand (nice touch) does not follow along like I would have expected.  In other words when it's at the top of the hour the hand is off (always lags behind).  Maybe that is normal for a GMT watch but it annoys me.  I keep putting it spot on and in an hour it's off again.  Grrrr...  Also, the standard problem of the second hand not being registered spot on with the minute markers is really not acceptable.  Just smacks of being a sloppy cheap watch.  I  would have expected this from a $30 watch... not a watch with this price tag and heritage.
