Timex has roots that date back to 1854 in Waterbury, CT. The newly designed Waterbury series of watches celebrates the Timex tradition of ageless style with a classic new watch (model number TW2R25600ZA). It features a cream color dial with Arabic numerals, a 40mm diameter stainless steel case, and a brown leather strap with white contrasting stitching. The watch is powered by an accurate (and rugged) analog quartz movement. Time is displayed with elegant silvertone hour and minute hands along with a slim seconds hand. The watch also has the INDIGLO® Night-Light function that is really handy when you need to read the time in the dark.

A feast for the eye

The Waterbury series from Timex is a very nice classic-minimalist timepiece showing a beautiful cream/ivory dial with easily readable Arabic numerals. The dial in itself has a strong appeal to the eye with a subtle finish that just resembles a very fine top quality pilot watch. Also, the INDIGLO Night-Light function is a very pleasant and handy feature indeed. The stylish glossy brown leather strap with cream lining and matching stitching complements the whole set perfectly. I have just bought in the past seven months three wrist watches from LongIslandWatch.com and I couldn't be more happier with their top quality products, prompt and reliable service as well as their friendliness. Very recently I missed out on a new model from a favourite Japanese brand of mine that IslandWatch stocks but I hope to place an order with them as soon as a new batch becomes available.
