Islander Black Dial Automatic Dive Watch with AR Sapphire Crystal, and Lumious Ceramic Bezel Insert #ISL-71

The Islander ISL-71 dive watch has a black dial and black ceramic bezel insert with luminous markings. The hands are coated with SuperLuminova for telling the time in the dark. The 120-click uni-directional bezel has a scratch-resistant diver marked black ceramic insert that is treated with SuperLuminova. The anti-reflective flat sapphire crystal guards against scratches and provides a clear view of the dial. The day-date window is at the 3:00 position on the dial.

The ISL-71 has a familiar rounded case with an off-set crown at 4:00. The stainless steel case diameter is 40mm with a thickness of 13.5mm. Tip to tip it is a very wearable 44mm. Note that the lug ends are drilled for easier bracelet to strap changes. The case back has a rendering of Long Island on it along with the Islander name, Island Watch and 200 meter water resistance.

Powering the ISL-71 is a reliable NH36, 24-jewel automatic movement with 21,600 vibrations per hour. This self-winding movement supports hand winding and hacks (seconds hand stops when you pull out the crown). Power reserve is about 41 hours fully wound.

The bracelet features all solid links and solid end links. Plus it has a milled scissor push-button flip-lock deployant clasp with three position micro-adjustment.
