Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges
Gift Items Purchased from November 1, 2018 through December 24, 2018 may be returned or exchanged through January 1, 2019 in accordance with the policies stated here.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only.
You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning.
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hang tags and stickers firmly in place. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you return your purchase for a refund, and re-purchase at your convenience. Please see below for return instructions.
Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with your return.
U.S. Return Shipping: If you are located in the United States, we offer a you a convenient printable UPS shipping label service for $12.95 that you can print out with your home printer. (the $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.) This fee includes insurance against loss in shipment.
Simply click on: RETURN LABEL - Then print it and attach it to your return shipment and take it to any UPS center. Please use sufficient packing material to prevent damage of your item in transit.
Note: The item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.

Please use sufficient packing material to prevent damage of your item in transit. The item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. We highly recommend you purchase insurance. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
International Returns: If you are located outside the USA, you need to ship with the carrier of your choice and pay for the return postage. For customs purposes, make sure you declare the item as a “return timer” to ensure we do not pay taxes on the return.
Note: Any taxes you might have paid for delivery will not be reimbursed. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
